As the seasons evolve we're adding an occasional new recipe onto our website recipe page, selected from our seasonal restaurant menus. We've just added a new recipe for a braised beef cheeks dish that is sure to delight. Braised slowly, beef cheeks are so tender and tasty and the red wine sauce rich and unctuous. Served with violet potato, carrot purée, ox-tongue crockettes and pancetta wrapped root vegetables the dish is not only tasty but pretty as a picture.
