We've updated our menus page. For dinner, our starters include a delicious crab bisque or for vegetarians there's marinated tomato stuffed with goat’s cheese with aubergine tartar and oregano. And for mains, how about pan fried fillet of sea bream, polenta mash and smoked red peppers or rump of Derbyshire lamb with braised shoulder, farm carrots and lavender?
