GOVERNMENT ROADMAP SHOWSWE ARE ON COURSE TO REOPEN ON WEDNESDAY 19th MAY

According to the Government's road map for the incremental reopening of the economy, the hospitality sector should be able to reopen for indoor service from 17th May. We shall welcome your bookings for accommodation and/or table reservations from Wednesday 19th. See, also our news page.

Complying with the needs of NHS coronavirus Test and Trace initiative

In line with the government's directives on conditions for re-opening of pubs and restaurants we have to record the name and contact details for everyone entering the premises, be they drinkers, diners, hotel guests or anyone collecting take-away meals. We know that this, along with the other distance and hygiene measures we've have to implement, is not what anyone would wish for under normal circumstances, but these are far from normal times and we ask that you do your best to help us to ensure that you stay safe, while enjoying new and very welcome relaxations in the lock-down under which we've been living over the last three months. To make the process of collecting guests' contact details as simple and easy as possible we've made it possible for you to provide the required information via your smart phone, while you're enjoying a drink or meal with us.
