Three Night Christmas BreakWhy not hang up the apron and the oven gloves, and treat your loved ones to fine food and service with a short break over Christmas in the heart of Derbyshire’s stunning Peak District National Park.

December 24th, Christmas Eve

3:00pm – 6:00pm – Welcome; relax and enjoy tea or coffee with petit fours or perhaps take something stronger at the bar

7:00pm – Enjoy a complementary glass of champagne and festive canapés in the bar before moving to the restaurant for a three course set menu featuring British classics, game and seasonal fish from the British Isles.

After dinner relax in the bar or by the fire and enjoy a drink or how about carols at the nearby White Hart Inn followed, maybe by a stroll to the church for midnight mass?

December 25th, Christmas Day

Christmas, a time for celebtarion8:00am – 10:00am - Start Christmas day off with bucks fizz and festive favourites like kedgeree and local specialities such Derbyshire oat cakes with smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.

After breakfast discover the charm of Bradwell village or enjoy a country stroll in the Hope Valley or perhaps just have a lazy morning swapping gifts and listening to Christmas carols.

From 12:00 noon – Canapés followed by a fabulous four course traditional Christmas lunch and coffee or tea with petit fours will be served from midday and afterwards there will be plenty of time to snooze, play board games or maybe chat with the Bradders at the bar.

From 7:00pm - A mixed plate of hot and cold dishes available on request from the kitchen which can be served in the bedroom or dining room.

December 26th – Boxing Day

 Sunshine and snow at Christmas

8am - 10am – Whatever your plans for today, breakfast will set you up for the day. Afterwards why not enjoy one of the many fabulous Peak walks? For the less energetic perhaps a drive out to some of the many attractions in the area or maybe take a scenic train journey on the Hope Valley line to Sheffield.

From 6:30pm - A set three course dinner will be served with Boxing Day favourites such as honey roast ham, braised beef and smoked mackerel kedgeree.

After dinner, grab one of our board games or maybe take a stroll to the nearby White Hart and pitch your wits against the locals in a festive pub quiz.

December 27th

8am - 10am - Enjoy a Hearty full Derbyshire breakfast before departing for home, en route taking more of the glorious Peak countryside and architecture.
